Question 1

How does Unseen turn documents into flowcharts?

Accepted Answer

Unseen parses PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, or pasted text directly in the browser memory. It extracts bounded procedural sentences, compiles deterministic nodes and decision logic, and verifies each step with sentence-level citations linking back to original excerpts.

Question 2

Are exported diagrams watermarked or restricted?

Accepted Answer

No. Unseen guarantees 100% free, unlimited, and unwatermarked vector exports (SVG, single-page vector PDF, and high-resolution PNG) across all tiers, including the free tier.

Question 3

How does Unseen protect confidential document privacy?

Accepted Answer

Unseen operates with a client-first privacy architecture. Files are parsed locally in browser memory and are discarded when the tab closes. Raw documents are never stored permanently on our cloud servers and are never used to train public AI models.

Question 4

Do Unseen credits expire?

Accepted Answer

No. Unseen uses a $10 prepaid credit model with zero recurring subscriptions. Purchased credits never expire, eliminating subscription anxiety.

Question 5

Can Unseen visualize 20+ page Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Unseen features Multi-Page Workflow Stitching designed for operations and compliance teams to synthesize multi-page SOPs, policy handbooks, and incident playbooks into unified, cross-phase process maps.

Question 6

How is Unseen different from traditional AI diagrammers like Eraser, Lucidchart, or Napkin AI?

Accepted Answer

Unlike generic AI diagram tools that invent speculative branches, Unseen provides verifiable sentence citations linking every step directly to your uploaded document. Furthermore, vector exports (SVG, PDF, PNG) are 100% free with no recurring subscriptions.
